Author Guideline

The Journal of Post-Quantum Cryptography and Systems welcomes high-quality and original manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of research in cryptography, cybersecurity, and secure computing technologies. The journal provides an international platform for scholars, researchers, and professionals to disseminate innovative theoretical and applied research.

Authors must ensure that manuscripts submitted to the journal are original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration elsewhere. All submissions should follow recognized academic standards and ethical research practices.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that their work meets the following conditions:

  • The research is conducted with scientific integrity.
  • All sources and references are properly acknowledged.
  • The manuscript follows the journal formatting and structure guidelines.
  • Permissions are obtained for any copyrighted material used.
  • All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
Manuscript Preparation
  • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format.
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Include an abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords.
  • Structure the paper as: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • Maximum manuscript length: 8,000 words.
Formatting Requirements
  • Title page must include title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author details, and ORCID (if available).
  • Manuscripts should be written in American English.
  • Number all pages consecutively.
  • Use SI units for measurements.
  • Tables and figures should be placed within the text at appropriate locations.
Reference Style
  • Follow APA (7th edition) citation style.
  • Include DOI where available.
  • Arrange references alphabetically by author surname.
  • Ensure all in-text citations appear in the reference list.

The journal follows a rigorous double-blind peer review system in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers

Criteria for Manuscript Evaluation
  • Originality: The manuscript should present new ideas or significant insights.
  • Scholarly Contribution: The research should contribute meaningfully to the field.
  • Relevance: The manuscript should align with the thematic scope of the journal.
  • Structure and Clarity: The manuscript should be logically organised and clearly written.
Assessment of Manuscript Sections
  • Title: Should clearly represent the focus of the study.
  • Abstract: Should summarise objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Introduction: Should define the research problem and objectives.
  • Methodology: Should describe the research design and analytical approach.
  • Results: Should present findings clearly and logically.
  • Discussion and Conclusion: Should interpret findings and explain their significance.
  • Tables and Figures: Should be properly labelled and support the textual content.
Language and Clarity

Manuscripts should be written in clear and professional English. Authors are responsible for ensuring the grammatical accuracy and readability of the manuscript prior to submission.

Reviewer Reports and Recommendations

Reviewers should provide constructive feedback that helps improve the manuscript. Their reports should typically include:

  • Summary of the manuscript
  • Major issues requiring revision
  • Minor comments and suggestions
  • Evaluation of originality and relevance
  • Assessment of methodology and results
Editorial Decisions

Based on reviewer reports, the editorial team may reach one of the following decisions:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revisions
  • Major Revisions
  • Reject

The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief after considering all reviewer comments and editorial policies.

Ethical Standards and Conduct
  • Confidentiality: Manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents.
  • Objectivity: Reviews must be impartial and based on academic reasoning.
  • Acknowledgement of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant work not cited in the manuscript.
  • Integrity: Information obtained during peer review must not be used for personal advantage.
