The Journal of Post-Quantum Cryptography and Systems (JPQCS) is an open-access journal. To support editorial management, peer review, online hosting, production, and long-term digital preservation, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts.

APC waivers or partial discounts may be considered in exceptional cases, including:

• Authors from low-income or developing countries
• Early-career researchers
• Invited submissions

All waiver requests are subject to editorial review and approval.

The journal maintains a clear policy for handling corrections, retractions, and republications:

• A processing fee of USD 200 applies for each action.
• This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with updating and maintaining published content.
