Submission Guidelines
Submission of a manuscript to the Journal of Post-Quantum Cryptography and Systems indicates that the work has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All authors must approve the submission and agree to the publication of the manuscript if it is accepted.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscript follows ethical research standards and that all necessary institutional approvals have been obtained.
Authors who wish to include figures, tables, or text passages that have been previously published must obtain written permission from the copyright holder. Proof of such permission must be provided during the submission process.
All manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Authors must upload all required files and follow the instructions provided during the submission process.
Authors should provide editable source files to allow proper review and production of the manuscript. Accepted file formats include:
- Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- OpenOffice
- RTF document format
- LaTeX (if applicable)
During submission, authors must provide required declarations through the submission interface. These declarations may include:
- Author contribution statement
- Conflict of interest or competing interests
- Funding information (if applicable)
- Ethical approval where required
These declarations ensure transparency and integrity in the publication process.
- The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review in another journal.
- The submission file is prepared in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format.
- Where available, DOIs or URLs for references have been included.
- The manuscript text uses a readable font (preferably 12-point) and follows standard formatting.
- Figures, tables, and illustrations are placed appropriately within the manuscript.
- The manuscript follows the journal’s formatting and referencing guidelines.
